FIVE YEARS!!!!! It’s been five years since Canada as won the gold at the world junior hockey championship. And like every year, the team seems to be the one. This year there is what we call a franchise player in Connor McDavid that will be playing. Yes he played last year but giving his age he wasn’t one of the main player to carry the team on his back. This year it’s different, the kid is averaging 3 points per game in the OHL with the Erie Otters. So below are the kids that will be playing with him in Toronto and Montreal.

Curtis Lazar will wear the “C”, McDavid and Reinhart will be the Alternates.
